Gelonghui, March 15, 丨 Baibang Technology (300736.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhao Xinyu, a shareholder holding 6,468,111 shares of the company (accounting for 5.13% of the company's total share capital), plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3,786,105 shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) within 3 months after 3 trading days from the date of publication of the announcement. Among them, those that reduce their holdings through centralized bidding transactions will reduce their holdings by no more than 1,262,035 shares (1% of the company's total share capital) within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement.
