According to the Zhitong Finance App, Itali Holdings (00720) announced that the Group expects to obtain a comprehensive loss attributable to the company owner of about HK$177 million to HK$187 million for the year ended December 31, 2023, and a comprehensive loss attributable to the company owner of about HK$63.4 million for the year ended 31 December 2022. The expected comprehensive loss due to unfavorable market conditions during the period was about HK$121 million in unrealized fair value losses of the Group's investments in an associated company measured at fair value through profit and loss; and about HK$53 million in unrealized fair value losses for investment properties during the period. The fair value loss in question is of a non-cash nature.
