The company achieved a net operating cash flow of 4.9 billion yuan in the first three quarters of 2023, and is expected to maintain a stable level in the coming period. At the same time, through measures such as refined management, cost reduction and efficiency, the company can effectively guarantee the further improvement of operating efficiency and the continued stability of net operating cash flow. Key project companies will be carried out in an orderly and gradual manner according to the plan. After ensuring normal debt service, stable cash flow support and financial guarantee can be provided for the construction and energy storage transformation and development of key projects such as the Haizetan Coal Mine.
