Alset Capital Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to CAD$6 million by offering 40 million units at CAD$0.15 each. These units comprise a common share and a half warrant, with each full warrant enabling the purchase of an additional share at CAD$0.25 for 36 months post-issuance. The funds raised will be directed towards capital expenditures, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
