GLONGHUI March 15 | Luwei Optoelectronics (688401.SH) recently said during a survey by institutional investors that the company's main production equipment, lithography machines, are mainly purchased from two companies, Mycronic in Sweden and Heidelberg Instruments in Germany.
The main raw materials required by the company to produce mask plates are mask plate substrates and optical films. Currently, medium and large quartz substrates in mask substrates are still imported. Among them, suppliers of high-generation quartz substrates and optical films are concentrated in Japan and South Korea. Currently, domestic suppliers are also actively promoting the localization process of high-generation, high-precision masking substrates.
