Prior to the publication of the regulatory notice, the Board was seeking suitable candidates to replace the former executive director and/or his family as directors and bank signatories of the Singapore subsidiary. In view of the seriousness of the misconduct of the former executive director revealed in the regulatory notice and the inappropriate directors' statements issued to the former executive directors and the public censure against the former executive directors, the board of directors believes that the former executive director and/or his family members are no longer suitable to act as directors and bank signatories of the Singapore subsidiary, and decided to expedite the replacement process, that is, complete the replacement of the directors of the Singapore subsidiary by March 31, 2024. As far as the replacement of bank signatories is concerned, the company will do its best to contact them to complete the replacement as soon as possible due to the long processing time required by the banks concerned.
