Gelonghui, March 14, 丨 Liu Chuangxing Enterprise (00194.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group recorded gross rental income of approximately HK$302 million, a slight increase of 0.3% over the previous year. The Group recorded an audited consolidated loss of approximately HK$873 million, compared to profit of approximately HK$88.8 million in 2022.
The Board recommended a final cash dividend of HK$0.17 per share (2022: HK$0.20), along with the interim cash dividend of HK$0.11 per share (2022: HK$0.18), and a cash dividend of HK$0.28 per share (2022: HK$0.38).
