Simply Wall St ·  Mar 14 08:18

Anyone interested in Everspin Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:MRAM) should probably be aware that the Chief Financial Officer, Anuj Aggarwal, recently divested US$164k worth of shares in the company, at an average price of US$8.21 each. That sale was 34% of their holding, so it does make us raise an eyebrow.

Everspin Technologies Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

The President, Sanjeev Aggarwal, made the biggest insider sale in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for US$332k worth of shares at a price of US$9.80 each. We generally don't like to see insider selling, but the lower the sale price, the more it concerns us. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (US$8.32). So it is hard to draw any strong conclusion from it.

In the last year Everspin Technologies insiders didn't buy any company stock. You can see the insider transactions (by companies and individuals) over the last year depicted in the chart below. By clicking on the graph below, you can see the precise details of each insider transaction!
