According to Zhitong Finance App News, Jinhai Medical Technology (02225) announced that Shi Junbai has resigned as the company's company secretary; and one of the two authorized representatives of the company (the “Hong Kong Companies Ordinance” and “Authorized Representative under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance”, respectively) to accept delivery of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in accordance with Chapter 622 of the “Companies Ordinance”, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law of China, and “Authorized Representative under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance”, which will take effect from March 14, 2024.
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director Chen Guobao has been appointed as an authorized representative under the Listing Rules, while Hong Jingjing, an employee of the Group, has been appointed as an authorized representative under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance to replace Shi Junbai, effective from March 14, 2024.
