On March 14, Ge Longhui Bank (601963.SH) announced that it received the “China Financial Supervisory Authority's Approval on Yang Xiuming's Eligibility for the Bank of Chongqing”, and the Chongqing Regulatory Bureau of the China Financial Supervisory Administration approved Mr. Yang Xiuming's qualifications as the Bank's director and chairman. According to laws and regulations and the provisions of the Bank's Articles of Association, Mr. Yang Xiuming's term of office as a director and chairman of the Bank takes effect from the date of approval by the supervisory authority until the end of the sixth board of directors of the Bank. At the end of his term of office, he can be re-elected.
