Integra Resources (TSE:ITR) has released an update.
Integra Resources Corp. successfully completed an upsized bought deal public offering, raising about C$15 million through the issuance of over 16.6 million units, each including one common share and a half warrant. The funds are earmarked for exploration and development of its key projects in Idaho and Nevada, as well as for general corporate purposes. This financial boost was supported by a mix of new strategic investors and reaffirmation from existing shareholders.
