Mr. Zhang Hongwei, the company's executive director and chairman of the board of directors, has submitted his resignation as an executive director and chairman due to his annual retirement, effective from March 14, 2024.
Following the resignation of Mr. Zhang Hongwei, the company's executive director and CEO, Mr. Huang Changsheng, will act as chairman of the board during the absence of the chairman, with the support of other board members and senior management of the company, effective from March 14, 2024 until the date the board appoints a new chairman of the board of directors.
Since Mr. Zhang Hongwei resigned as an executive director and chairman, he is no longer a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Huang Changsheng has been appointed as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from March 14, 2024.
