The Changsha Intermediate Court allowed applicants to apply for pre-restructuring of the company. The pre-restructuring period is 3 months, starting from the date the relevant notice is delivered to the company. Meanwhile, the Changsha Intermediate Court designated the liquidation team of Youkeshu Technology Co., Ltd. as the temporary manager according to law.
