Glonghui, March 13 | Giordano International (00709.HK) announced that the board of directors may confiscate and return to the company all dividends that have not been received six years after the dividend was declared. The final dividend declared on March 8, 2018 and not received on or after April 11, 2024 will be forfeited and returned to the company.
Shareholders who are entitled to receive the above dividends but have not yet paid the dividends concerned should contact the Hong Kong Share Registrar and Transfer Office of the Company, Zhuojiya Pak Qin Limited, as soon as possible but not later than 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2024, at 17/F, Far East Financial Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
