Gelonghui, March 13 | Guoxin Energy (600617.SH) announced that as of the date of this announcement, halfway through the holdings increase period, Shanghai Jintou, the controlling shareholder of Huaxin Gas Group, had increased its holdings of the company's shares by 1,945,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.14% of the company's total share capital. The increase amount was 7,306,857 yuan, which did not reach 50% of the lower limit of 6.5 million shares of the increase plan.
