Gelonghui, March 13 | Zhongnan Culture (002445.SZ) announced that Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (“Zhongnan Heavy Industries”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to establish a joint venture with the related corporation Jiangsu Huaxi Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (“Huashan Group”) and Jiangyin Shengtong Enterprise Management Center (limited partnership) (“Shengtong Enterprise Management”) to establish Jiangyin Huaxi New Flange Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration, “Joint Venture”). The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 80 million, of which Zhongnan Heavy Industries plans to invest 40.8 million yuan in cash, accounting for 51% of the registered capital; Huashan Group will invest 35.2 million yuan in cash, accounting for 44% of the registered capital; and Shengtong Enterprise Management will invest 4 million yuan in cash, accounting for 5% of the registered capital.
