1. Consider and approve the Group's audited comprehensive results for the year ended 31 December 2023 (“2023 Annual Results”) and approve the draft announcement of the 2023 annual results to be published in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules; 2. Consider paying a final dividend (if any); 3. Consider suspending the company's shareholder registration procedures (if necessary); 4.
