The group obtained revenue of RMB 17.452 billion (same unit), an increase of 69% over the previous year; profit attributable to company holders was RMB 343 million, a year-on-year decrease of 85%; profit per share was 0.0206 yuan, and a final dividend of 0.00103 yuan per share was proposed.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue this year was mainly due to an increase of 7.357 billion yuan in confirmed revenue from property sales. The main reason for the reduction in profit was due to significant impairment of property inventory during the year.
