Gelonghui March 12 丨 Hongcheng Environmental Technology (02265.HK) announced that the board of directors will meet on March 28, 2024 (Thursday) to discuss (among others) the following matters:
1. Consider and approve the Group's audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023;
2. Consider and approve the annual results announcement, which will be posted on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the company's website;
3. Consider recommending payment of a final dividend (if any);
4. Consider matters relating to the holding of the company's recent annual general meeting of shareholders; and
5. Consider and approve other matters (if any).
