Gelonghui, March 12 | Hengda New Materials (301469.SZ) announced that the company plans to buy back the company's publicly issued RMB common shares (A shares) through centralized bidding transactions; use it for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives at an appropriate time in the future; and the total amount of capital to be used for the repurchase is not less than RMB 25 million (including capital) and no more than RMB 50 million (including capital). The price range of shares to be repurchased does not exceed RMB 39.37 per share (including the number of shares). The implementation period for the proposed share repurchase is within 12 months from the date the board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the share repurchase plan.
