Zhitong Finance App News, New Focus (00360) announced that on March 11, 2024, the board of directors approved the proposal to issue bonds with a total principal amount of not more than HK$70 million in batches or batches; and the company has entered into a distribution agreement with the distributor. Based on this, the distributor agreed to act as the company's sales agent to induce subscribers to subscribe for bonds during the distribution period according to the best effort basis.
Assuming that the maximum bond amount of HK$70 million will be fully subscribed, the company plans to use 90% of the net proceeds to supplement the Group's working capital and 10% of the net proceeds for the operation of the Shanghai production plant. The Board believes that the proposed issuance of bonds is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders as a whole.
