Gelonghui, March 11 | United Water (603291.SH) announced that according to the company's strategic development plan, the company plans to subscribe for 10,000 newly issued Series A convertible preferred shares by United Earth4EarthHolding with its own capital of RMB 30 million (converted to US dollars) in cash through Joint Water International Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong. The transaction price is RMB 3,000 (converted to the equivalent US dollar) for each Series A convertible preferred share. After this investment, the company will hold 100% of all Series A convertible preferred shares issued by the target company, accounting for 50% of the total issued shares (common share+Series A convertible preferred shares) of the target company.
