Gelonghui, March 11 | Zhiqin Holdings (09913.HK) announced that Dahua Ma Shiyun Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Dahua Ma Shiyun”) resigned as the auditor of the company due to the company's failure to reach an agreement on the audit costs of the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2024, with effect from March 6, 2024.
The board of directors further announced that after considering the Audit Committee's recommendations, Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Zhonghui”) will be appointed as the new auditor of the Company from March 11, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy caused by Dahua Ma Shiyun's resignation and will serve until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
