Africa Oil Corp (TSE:AOI) has released an update.
Africa Oil Corp. has successfully repurchased 489,075 of its common shares between March 4 and March 8, 2024, under its share buyback program that conforms to international regulations. In total, since December 2023, the company has bought back 5,242,797 shares, with the potential to purchase up to 38,654,702 shares over a twelve-month period ending December 2024. The repurchased shares are set to be cancelled as part of the program.
