Gelonghui, March 11 | Rebecca (600439.SH) said on an interactive platform that according to public information, Huanghe Technology Group Information Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huanghe Credit Industry Development Co., Ltd.”) was co-founded by Huanghe Technology Group Co., Ltd., Xuchang Investment Corporation, and Xuchang Ruidong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xuchang Ruidong”) to establish a mixed ownership enterprise with flexible mechanisms of state-owned capital holding (60%) and private capital dominated operation (40%). The Kunpeng series, which focuses on localized general computing, and the Shengteng series of AI computing servers, microcomputers, and integrated software and hardware solutions, provide computing power support for customers in the government, operator, finance, energy and comprehensive industries. Xuchang Ruidong holds 40% of Huanghe Xinxing's shares, and the controlling shareholder of Xuchang Ruidong holds 60% of Xuchang Ruidong's shares. Chairman Zheng Wenqing of the company is currently also the chairman of Huanghe Credit Industries.
