Gelonghui, March 10, 丨 Planet Graphite (688633.SH) announced that on March 5, 2024, the board of directors of the company received the “Letter on Proposal for Nantong Planet Graphite Co., Ltd. to buy back the company's shares” submitted by Ms. Qian Shujuan, the chairman and actual controller of the company. Ms. Qian Shujuan proposed that the company use its own funds to buy back some of the RMB common stock (A shares) shares already issued by the company through centralized bidding transactions through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system.
The total repurchase capital shall not be less than RMB 10 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 20 million (inclusive). The repurchase price of shares: no more than RMB 34.40 per share (inclusive), not higher than 150% of the average trading price of the company's shares in the 30 trading days before the board of directors of the company passed the repurchase decision.
