Gelonghui, March 8, 丨 Yincheng International Holdings (01902.HK) announced that the total contract sales volume of the Group and its joint ventures in February 2024 was approximately RMB 209 million, the contract construction area was about 12,196 square meters, and the average contract price was approximately RMB 17,165 per square meter.
From January to February 2024, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, had total contract sales of approximately RMB 425 million, a total contract area of approximately 26,742 square meters, and an average contract sales price of approximately RMB 15,896 per square meter.
