Zhitong Finance App News, China Creative Holdings (08368) issued an announcement. All conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on March 8, 2024. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 49.41 million placed shares to no less than six undertakers. The placement price is HK$0.50 per share, which is equivalent to approximately 8.55% of the issued share capital of the company which expanded through allotment and issuance of placement shares immediately after the placement was completed.
The net proceeds from the placement were approximately HK$23.31 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds for serial and film production and related services and film copyright investment.
