According to the letter of no objection, the Shanghai Stock Exchange confirmed that the company's non-public offering of corporate bonds totaling no more than 2 billion yuan (hereinafter referred to as this bond) to professional investors met its listing and transfer conditions, and there was no objection to the listing and transfer of the bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The letter of no objection is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. The company can issue this bond in installments within the validity period of the letter of no objection and within the above amount and complete the bond listing and transfer procedures in a timely manner.
