SIIC Environment Holdings (SG:BHK) has released an update.
SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. has announced that holders of its first tranche of corporate bonds, initially issued at an aggregate principal amount of RMB1,500,000,000 with a 3.89% interest rate, have registered to sell back a significant number of bonds during the designated period in February 2024. This sell-back option was part of the terms set out at the time of issuance. Moreover, the company has made adjustments to the interest rate and completed payment of interest as per the bond agreement.
