Gelonghui, March 8, 丨 Shanghai Industrial Environment (00807.HK) announced that according to the share transfer of shares of the group's subsidiary, the company indirectly holds 69.11% of its subsidiary Henan Shangshi Investment Co., Ltd. and 100% of its shares in Xiping Shangshi Water Service Co., Ltd. (“Suiping Shangshi”) and Suiping Shangshi Water Service Co., Ltd. (“Suiping Shangshi”) to its wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Huanghuai Water Service Co., Ltd. (“Huanghuai Water”). After the equity transfer was completed, Xiping Shangshi and Suiping Shangshi became wholly-owned subsidiaries of Huanghuai Water.
The Company indirectly holds 60% of its subsidiaries. Lianxi Water (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (“Lianxi Wuhan”) has increased the registered share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Lianxi Water (Fengxin) Co., Ltd. (“Lianxi Fengxin”) from RMB 47.4 million to RMB 60.4 million (“Lianxi Fengxin”). Lianxi Wuhan's shares will remain unchanged after the new capital increase is completed.
The company indirectly holds 92.15% of its subsidiaries. Shanghai Fudan Water Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. purchased 20% of Fengxian Western Sewage from Shanghai Fudan Recovery Technology Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. at a price of RMB 3,460 for coal mining yuan (“acquisition of western Fengxian sewage”). After the acquisition of Fengxian Western Sewage was completed, Fengxian Western Sewage became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Fudan Water Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The capital for the acquisition of Fengxian Western Sewage will be disbursed through the Group's internal funds and is not expected to have a significant impact on the Company's earnings per share and net tangible asset value per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2024.
