Gelonghui, March 8, 丨 Jinma Energy (06885.HK) announced that the company would like to hold a board meeting on March 27, 2024 (Wednesday) on (among others) the following matters to:
1. Consider and approve as appropriate the audited annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2023, and the audited annual results announcements to be published on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Company's website respectively;
2. Consider and approve the payment of a final dividend (if any) as appropriate; and
3. Handling other matters.
