According to Zhitong Finance App, Yadong Group (01795) announced that the Group's profit attributable to company owners for the year ended December 31, 2023 will be reduced by about 25% to 35% compared to the year ended December 31, 2022.
The Board of Directors believes that the reduction in expected profit attributable to company owners during the year is mainly due to the combined effects of the following: increased administrative expenses; reduced other revenue; and increased financial costs.
