According to the announcement, the expected increase in net profit for the period is mainly due to the Group's: 1) changes in fair value and impairment losses in the investment business compared to the same period last year; 2) an increase in bank interest and dividend income; 3) a decrease in fair value of investment real estate; and 4) an increase in investment income.
