Gelonghui, March 7, 丨 Brilliant Tomorrow (01351.HK) announced that the Group is expected to record (i) revenue of no less than RMB 820 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, an increase of about 84.9% over the Group's revenue of approximately RMB 440 million; and (ii) profit attributable to company owners in fiscal year 2023 is not less than RMB 12 million, while loss due to company owners in fiscal year 2022 is approximately RMB 22.4 million.
According to currently available data, the Board of Directors believes that the sharp improvement in the Group's fiscal year 2023 financial performance is mainly due to the combined impact of the following factors: (1) As the threat of the epidemic subsided and the Chinese government implemented various support measures to promote economic recovery and domestic consumption, offline entertainment and consumption activities began to recover since the end of 2022. This situation is driving the release of consumer demand, creating more advertising scenarios and demands, and driving a rebound in the Chinese advertising industry;
(2) The Group actively responds to market changes and opportunities, and expands business relationships with industries that are developing strongly after the pandemic, particularly in the insurance, local lifestyle, and entertainment industries and industries that use generative artificial intelligence technology (“AIGC”) as the basis for its products; and (3) In 2023, the Group further optimized and enhanced its self-developed algorithm platform, and gradually integrated AIGC services into business operations, thereby reducing redundant expenses, improving operational efficiency, and maximizing the advantages of the Group's marketing algorithms and content management capabilities.
