On March 7, GLONGHUI | Yimei International Holdings (01870.HK) announced that the company expects to turn a loss into a profit of not less than HK$17.0 million for the year ended 31 December 2023, with a net loss of about HK$79.8 million for the year ended 31 December 2022.
The Board believes that the main reason for the change of loss to profit in FY2023 compared to FY2022 is: (i) In FY2022, the Group's exterior engineering business recorded a partial loss of approximately HK$92.6 million. However, since the Group terminated its façade engineering business in FY2022, the Group no longer recorded a relevant segment loss in FY2023; (ii) the Group recorded share-based payment expenses of approximately HK$10.0 million in FY2022 (of which approximately HK$6.6 million was deducted from continuing operations and approximately HK$3.4 million deducted from discontinued operations) as an accelerated attribution under relevant accounting standards due to the cancellation of pre-initial public offering share options; and (iii) the Group's gondola systems business did not incur any related expenses in FY2023; and (iii) the Group's gondola systems business Changes received The number of completed projects and gross margin increased.
