Gelonghui, March 7, 丨 Baihuayu (00239.HK) announced that the Group's net comprehensive net profit for the year ended December 31, 2023 will record a sharp increase to approximately HK$100 million, compared with the announced consolidated net profit attributable to company owners of HK$30 million for the same period in 2022.
The Board believes that the expected increase in net profit is mainly due to a sharp increase in sales revenue in the healthcare business segment, although the unrealised fair value of investment properties recorded a large loss in 2023.
