Gelonghui, March 7, 丨 Lianda Technology Holdings (00889.HK) announced that the Group is expected to record losses attributable to shareholders of more than HK$20 million for the year ended December 31, 2023, compared with a net profit of HK$28 million for the year ended 31 December 2022.
These results were due to factors such as pressure on sales revenue and valuation losses due to revaluation of investment properties. Despite the expected loss, the Group's financial position remains stable and sound.
