1. Review and approve the audited financial results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2023;
2. Review and approve the publication of the Group Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2023 in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules;
3. Consider whether to recommend to the shareholders of the company to review and (if appropriate) approve the declaration of a final dividend (if any) for the year ended 31 December 2023; and
4. Handle other matters (if any).
