On the date of this announcement, the company learned at the hearing held on March 6, 2024 that the hearing of Petition 1 was adjourned, and the Hong Kong High Court has directed that the hearing of Petition 1 be held in front of a judge on March 11, 2024.
As of the date of this announcement, the High Court of Hong Kong has not issued any winding-up orders. The company is now actively seeking legal advice on Petition 1 and will take all effective rescue and relief measures, including but not limited to recommending debt restructuring plans to the company's creditors and seeking possible investment matters to raise capital for the company.
After seeking legal advice, on March 5, 2024, the company submitted a notice of leave to appeal to the Hong Kong High Court to challenge the Listing Review Committee's decision. In due course and in accordance with the listing rules, the company will make separate announcements regarding any significant developments relating to the judicial review process and the final stock listing date.
