GSS Energy Limited (SG:41F) has released an update.
GSS Energy Limited, through its subsidiary Giken Sakata (S) Ltd, has teamed up with Euromould Group Pte. Ltd., and two individuals, David Richard Powell and Garry Annand, to form a new joint venture company, Gik-EM Pte. Ltd. The new entity, which will be 50% owned by GSS Energy, is set to specialize in the manufacture and design of impeller solutions and precision components, as well as offering prototyping services. This strategic partnership brings together varied expertise and is expected to bolster GSS Energy’s position in the motor industry and related markets.
