Gelonghui, March 6, 丨 Phoenix Media (601928.SH) announced that Phoenix Group, the controlling shareholder, promised all investors that within 12 months from March 6, 2024 to March 5, 2025, Phoenix Group will not reduce its holdings of the company's shares in any way. Shares increased during the above commitment period due to share transfers, share capital transfers from the Provident Fund, allotment of shares, etc. will also abide by the aforementioned commitment not to reduce their holdings. During the above commitment period, if Phoenix Group breaks its promise to reduce the company's shares, all proceeds from reducing the company's shares will be owned by the company. Phoenix Group proposes to distribute a cash dividend of 5.00 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on Phoenix Media's total share capital at the end of 2023. Phoenix Group requested Phoenix Media to study this proposal and prepare a 2023 profit distribution plan for review and confirmation by the board of directors and shareholders' meetings. Phoenix Group promised to vote “yes” when considering the matter at relevant meetings.
