Gelonghui, March 6 | Rongxin China (03301.HK) announced that for the month ended February 2024, (i) the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 543 million; (ii) the Group's contract construction area was approximately 49,614 square meters; and (iii) the Group's average contract price was approximately RMB 10,943 per square meter.
For the two months ended February 29, 2024, (i) the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 990 million; (ii) the Group's total contract construction area was approximately 85,156 square meters; and (iii) the Group's average contract sales price was approximately RMB 11,636 per square meter.
