It mainly refers to the integrated processing of automobile body structural parts. Multiple individual and scattered small parts in the original design are redesigned and highly integrated, and then molded and die-cast once using the die-casting machine to form complete large parts. The company has not yet involved the use of oversized die-casting units for one-time die-casting molding castings, but the company has strong lightweight structural optimization design capabilities, and can find the best combination point between weight reduction and material characteristics, processability, mass production costs and constraints, and achieve integrated design of structure, material, performance, and cost.
