(603688.SH) announced that the company recently received a “Letter of Commitment not to reduce the Company's shares during a specific period” from Mr. Chen Shibin, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, promising not to reduce the direct or indirect holdings of the company's shares in any way for 6 months from March 6, 2024 to September 5, 2024, and that shares increased during the above commitment period due to the company's bonus shares, transfer of share capital, allotments, etc. will also abide by the aforementioned commitment. During the above commitment period, if the company's shares are reduced in violation of the promise, all proceeds from the reduction in the company's shares will be owned by the company.
