In order to meet the long-term development needs of the company's business, promote a global strategic layout, and ensure the supply of key resources in the industry, the company plans to focus on the main business and invest in high-quality listed companies upstream and downstream of the domestic and foreign industrial chain through securities investment, with a total investment of no more than 1.5 billion yuan (excluding capital) RMB or equivalent currency.
