Following the appointment of Mr. Guan, Mr. Xu Anliang ceased to serve as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee and authorized representative, effective March 4, 2024.
Since March 4, 2024, Mr. Yuan Feng has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company. Mr. Xu has resigned as an executive director due to his retirement.
