Zen Tech International Bhd is set to enter the cashless vending machine sector through a strategic collaboration with MYRingkas Sdn Bhd.
The memorandum of collaboration (MoC) outlines a partnership where MYRingkas, a technology and solutions provider, will manage approvals, payment gateways, and the maintenance of vending machines equipped with ID card readers and digital screens across Malaysia.
Zen Tech will oversee fundraising, logistics, market expansion, and data analysis. The initiative aims to introduce advanced vending solutions, leveraging digital technology for a seamless and cashless consumer experience.
MYRingkas will also play a crucial role in digital platform advertising and content provision.
