A case against several of the company's subsidiaries has been submitted to the Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan, Guangdong Province, involving a trust company lending an overdue mortgage loan of RMB 150 million in principal and requiring the relevant subsidiary to repay the outstanding principal amount and interest of the trust company of approximately RMB 154.5 million. The Company will respond to the case in accordance with the law and will inform the Company's shareholders of any further developments in due course.
A civil lawsuit was brought by an asset management company because the company's relevant subsidiary violated loan repayment. The asset management company requires the relevant subsidiary to repay the outstanding principal amount of the debt along with accrued interest of approximately RMB 394 million; and the asset management company has priority payment rights for the proceeds from the auction or sale of certain assets or shares pledged by the relevant subsidiary due to the debt.
