Yincheng International Holdings (01902) issued an announcement. According to section 13.49 (1) and 13.46 (2) (a) of the listing rules, the company must publish its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2023 (that is, March 31, 2024); and send its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2023 (i.e. April 30, 2023) to shareholders no later than four months after the end of the fiscal year (i.e. April 30, 2023).
In addition to the outstanding issues, the Group is still looking for a new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy following Ernst & Young's resignation. As of the date of this announcement, although trading of the company's shares was suspended, the Group's business operations continued as usual in all major aspects.
The company is currently taking all necessary measures to resolve the issues that led to the suspension of trading of its shares and comply with the listing rules to satisfy the Stock Exchange, and will seek to resume trading of its shares as soon as possible.
Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
